Network solutions

Oriented-PVC pressure pipe for buried water infrastructure — sized by the hydraulic design, joined push-fit, and built to outlast the project. From a 50 ha irrigation main to a municipal drinking-water network.

By network

Four networks,
one pipe.

Agriculture

Irrigation mains

The pressure backbone feeding GeoFlow subsurface drip across 50–500 ha projects. PN 12.5 for typical 6–8 bar pumps; PN 16 for long mains and capacity reserve.

Municipal

Drinking-water networks

Certified for potable contact (Rospotrebnadzor conclusion). Smooth bore (Hazen-Williams 150) and a thinner wall give 25–30% more throughput than HDPE at the same nominal.

Safety

Fire-suppression

Pressure networks with an EMERCOM conclusion in the manufacturer package. The 1.5× safety factor handles transient water hammer.

Industrial

Pumping networks

High-pressure transfer with PN 20/25 classes for demanding industrial duty, with capacity reserve for water hammer.

Selection guide

Pressure class by duty.

PN 12.5
50–200 ha projects · 6–8 bar pumps

The standard class for typical farm irrigation mains.

Standard
PN 16
Water hammer · long mains · reserve

Safely takes transient pressure to 24 bar with the 1.5× factor.

Robust
PN 20/25
Specialty industrial use

Reserved for high-pressure pumping and demanding duty.

Industrial
DN 90–1200
Diameter range

DN 90–500 standard; custom to DN 1200 for trunk mains.

Install & lifecycle

Push-fit. 50 years. No welder.

The push-fit rubber-gasket joint cuts install time 40–60% versus welded HDPE and needs no fusion equipment — section replacement takes 10–20 minutes and phased expansion is a simple tee or coupler. With a 50-year warranty against HDPE's typical 15, the 15-year total cost of ownership is 60–75% lower.

Frequently asked questions
What pressure class should I specify?

PN 12.5 covers typical 50–200 ha farm irrigation mains on 6–8 bar pumps. Move to PN 16 for long mains, capacity reserve or significant water-hammer risk — it safely takes transient pressure to 24 bar with the 1.5× factor. PN 20/25 is reserved for high-pressure industrial pumping.

Is GEO-PVCo certified for drinking water in Russia?

Yes — the manufacturer package includes a Rospotrebnadzor conclusion for potable contact, and an EMERCOM conclusion for fire-suppression networks. The pipe is produced to ISO 16422 / EN 17176-2 and carries EAEU certification.

How does install compare with welded HDPE?

The push-fit rubber-gasket joint needs no fusion equipment or welder and cuts install time 40–60%. Section replacement takes 10–20 minutes and phased expansion is a simple tee or coupler.

What is the warranty and lifecycle cost?

GEO-PVCo carries a 50-year warranty against HDPE's typical 15. Combined with the faster install and easier maintenance, the 15-year total cost of ownership runs 60–75% lower than welded HDPE.
