Design + BIM
Detailing of connection joints, load calculations to SP 20.13330 / EN 1991, BIM models and "P"/"RD" stage drawings. Alignment with the structural design.
Manufacturing
Profile supply from the factory in Italy. For long-span roofs, sheet of unlimited length is roll-formed directly on site.
Training + supervision
Training of the installation crew in the no-perforation lock technology, and engineering supervision at the start of works — so the first course sets the geometry of the whole roof.
24/7 support
Technical support throughout installation: answers from the engineering office, joint reviews, and rapid resolution of non-standard situations on site.

- Who carries out the installation?
- Installation is done by your or a contracted crew trained in the Riverclack technology. Terra-Zenith provides training and engineering supervision at the start and at key joints.
- What are the lead times for supply from Italy?
- Lead times depend on volume and specification; a target and delivery schedule are fixed per-project at the order stage.
- Do you provide BIM models?
- Yes. BIM models (RFA / IFC) and detail drawings are provided per-project via the request form.
- Can the sheet be roll-formed on site?
- Yes. For long-span roofs, sheet of unlimited length is roll-formed directly on site.
