Colours & finishes
he Riverclack blanket is not only the geometry of the lock but also the surface the city sees. Finishes are applied to the sheet in the factory and chosen for the base metal (aluminium, copper, zinc-titanium, steel), the project's climate and the architectural concept.
Below are representative finish families. The exact RAL palette and coating specification are supplied per-project; physical samples are sent on request.
Surface is half of architecture. The finish is chosen for the base metal, the climate and the intent of the façade.
Six directions — from industrial metallic to natural patina and designer textures.

Classic metallised tones with a subtle pearlescent shift. An even architectural tone that holds across large roof and façade planes.
Airports, stadiums, large public buildings

Deeply matte, anti-glare finishes with fine surface structure. They hide installation geometry and emphasise the continuity of the seam.
Museums, exhibition pavilions, premium architecture

Copper and zinc-titanium in their natural finish — the surface lives and patinates over time. No polymer imitation: the colour is the metal itself.
Historic context, civic and representative buildings

Printed timber textures on metal — the warmth of wood with the durability of aluminium. No fading and none of the maintenance of natural timber.
Resort, residential and civic architecture

Stone and mineral textures with matte depth. A heavy, earthy tone for integration into the landscape.
Buildings in natural landscapes, trafficable roofs

Special series for a specific project — bespoke tones, effects and finishes agreed with the architect.
Landmark buildings, competition architecture
Not every finish is available on every metal. A compatibility summary as an early-design reference.
Factory coatings are engineered for long service under UV, precipitation and temperature swings. Aluminium as a base does not corrode; natural copper and zinc-titanium patinate predictably and need no repainting.
Coating warranty periods depend on the series and the project's climate zone, and are fixed per-project.
