For installers
The lock closes under your foot.
he installer steps on the joint and the lock closes. Three classical operations disappear: the seaming-machine pass, the pre-set clip grid, and the transverse panel joint.
Typical time saving is 50–60% versus mechanically-seamed standing seam; on long-span and complex roofs the manufacturer cites up to 75%.
No seaming machine. No through-screws.
The lock technology
Adjacent sheets are joined through a hidden plastic clip on the purlin. The sheet is never perforated. The clip accommodates thermal expansion and resists wind uplift.
Sheet of unlimited length can be roll-formed directly on site — no transverse joints across the slope.
Training and supervision
Terra-Zenith trains the crew in the technology and provides engineering supervision at the start: the first course sets the geometry of the whole roof. Engineering-office support runs throughout installation.
We'll train your crew in the lock technology.
